Thank you to the honorable Judge Shirley Christian for speaking at the regular meeting of the Boardman Rotary. Judge Christian, a judge in the Mahoning County Court of Common Please, gave insight into the inner workings of the local grand jury, and the daily work life of a judge.
At the Tuesday, June 2, 2015, meeting, a second reading of the contribution to Boardman Park was held. The reading called for a $3,000 donation to cover half of the cost of new chairs for the Lariccia Family Community Center.
For those incoming and outgoing members of the Board of Directors, a joint board meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., at Michael Alberini's in Boardman.
