Stories Program: Anna Barksdale and Joy Smith, YWCA of Youngstown The YWCA is more than just a women's organization focused on health and wellness, explained Anna Marie Barksdale, housing and supportive services director for the Youngstown YWCA at Tuesday's Rotary meeting.    Barksdale explained that there are a number of areas of focus for the organization.
